Haddonfield, NJ Project Showcase

We recently had the pleasure of completing a major home transformation in Haddonfield, NJ for one of our valued clients. The goal was to transform the home from a cramped and outdated space our clients felt they had outgrown, into a modern and inviting living environment with room for the whole family. We put a great deal of thought and effort into this project, and we are excited to share the results with you!

Basement

The project began with a full basement excavation and expansion, as we lowered the existing concrete floors to create 8-ft. ceilings for a sunken living area. This gave the room a much more spacious feel, perfect for relaxing and socializing. 

To further enhance this space, we also crafted a custom-built entertainment center along with a dry bar featuring butcher block countertops with plenty of cabinet and drawer space for storage. This was a great addition for all of the homeowner’s entertaining needs, providing ample space for a variety of beverages and snacks.

To finish off the lower level of the home, we also built an enclosed laundry room with custom cabinetry for storage and organization.

Bathroom

Next, our client wanted to add a full bathroom on their third floor and transform it into a luxurious and stylish space to enjoy both relaxation and pampering.

We handled this extravagant bathroom remodel with the utmost care, ensuring that every detail was given the attention it deserved. The result was a stunning transformation that led to a modern and refined design that is timeless and opulent at the same time.

For this project, we installed a full marble-tiled wet room, complete with a freestanding tub featuring a half-glass enclosure and brass fixtures and accents. The walls of the room were finished with horizontally staggered turquoise subway tiles, adding contrast and a unique aesthetic to the design.

To complete the concept, we added a marble countertop with a vessel sink, perfectly complemented by brass fixtures and accents. This combination of statement pieces and subtle accents created a bathroom that is both elegant and functional. The perfect combination of modern and classic elements makes this luxury bathroom renovation one of our most memorable projects.

Kitchen/Dining Area

Finally, the dining and kitchen area was the last part of the home to receive some attention from our team. 

The first step was to remove the existing flooring and replace it with large-format slate tiles. The slate tile created an elegant backdrop for the entire kitchen, providing visual interest and texture. We laid the tile in a staggered pattern for added dimension.

The centerpiece of the kitchen was a custom island with quartz countertops and a waterfall edge. Not only does the quartz countertop add a touch of beauty and sophistication to the room, but it is also incredibly durable and requires very little maintenance.

For the perfect finishing touch, we also added a wine refrigerator alongside the additional seating beneath the island, making this the perfect space to entertain guests or simply enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.
